However, Scan&Go PRO ACCESS has been further optimized with more advanced features, such as Master ANPR cameras and (optional) integrated RFID reading technology. Scenario

People take a QR ticket at the entrance, which contains the date, the time of arrival, and the license plate. Before leaving, visitors have their entry ticket scanned by the networked validator. Only with a valid entry ticket will the validator activate the license plate for the exit column via the data network (for example, 30 minutes, one-time use).

Comments

  • During validation, it is sufficient to scan entry tickets to activate flawless license plates for the exit, without relying on human discipline or input on a touchscreen.
  • The above products are connected to the LAN and optionally to the internet. For the printer column, network connection is not necessary.
  • We recommend providing an intercom at the exit.

  1. Entrance: LAN ANPR Camera.
  2. Exit: Pay-in-lane - ANPR-Camera. Leave the car park using ANPR - Pay if necessary.

Scenario

The Master ANPR camera opens the entry barrier after scanning the license plate. When the same license plate presents itself at the exit during the free period, the exit barrier opens automatically. If this happens after the free period, the payment terminal first displays the amount due. After a valid payment, the payment terminal opens the exit barrier and displays a QR code. Scanning this QR code automatically triggers the download of an electronic receipt to the smartphone.

Comments

  • With the 'eReceipt' service, a physical printer in the aforementioned payment kiosk is unnecessary. This saves both the purchase and maintenance costs of the printer as well as the costs for paper purchase and replacement.
  • All the above products are connected to the LAN. A connection to the internet is optional except for the payment kiosk.
  • Place at least one DAS-IDUD in the business and determine who leaves the parking for free or at an even lower rate. Contact us for more info.

  • If desired, the exit payment terminal can still be equipped with a thermal printer so that both electronic and physical payment receipts can be issued.

  2. Reception desk: Campsite software. License plates of unplanned visitors are processed through the camping software.
  3. Exit: Pay-in-lane - ANPR camera. Drive outside (and inside) on ANPR - Pay a balance in case of exceeding the reservation period.

Scenario

The license plates of customers who reserved in advance are uploaded to the entry and exit controllers via automatic FTP upload. For them, the barriers open automatically based on their valid reservation period. Others achieve the same result but must first go to the counter upon their first arrival.

Comments

  • License plates are automatically activated in advance for scheduled customers and on-the-spot for spontaneous visitors/customers.
  • Planned customers/visitors can automatically enter (and exit) on their first day of arrival via ANPR, even outside opening hours.
